Keeping Our Community Safe : Leash Reminder

We would like to remind all residents that, in accordance with community rules and local regulations, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when being walked or when present in any common areas of the community.
This policy is in place to help ensure the safety of all residents, pets, and visitors, and to maintain a clean and respectful living environment for everyone.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our community safe and enjoyable for all.

Trash Bin Placement Reminders

We request your attention to the following guidelines regarding the placement and storage of trash bins within our community.

Please ensure that trash bins are placed at the curbside no more than 12 hours before collection day and promptly removed from the curbside within 12 hours after service.

Additionally, please store your trash bins in areas that are not visible from the common areas.
Adhering to these guidelines will help us collectively maintain the curb appeal of our community.

Slurry Sealing Completion

We are pleased to inform you that the road seal coat project has been completed. Please note that you may observe some scuffing on the surface; this is normal and will dissipate over time as the seal settles.

This improvement enhances the visual appearance of the roads and makes the community look attractive. It also extends the lifespan of the pavement by protecting it from weather damage, water penetration, and general wear and tear. Maintaining a well-kept infrastructure will also contribute to increasing property values.

We deeply appreciate your patience and cooperation during the process. Your understanding and support have been instrumental in the successful completion of this project. We hope you enjoy the benefits of this improvement.
