Use of E‑Bikes, Scooters, and Similar Devices
All electric bicycles (e‑bikes), skateboards, scooters, and similar devices operated within the gated community must strictly comply with the Association’s CC&Rs as well as applicable Westminster municipal ordinances.
Residents and their guests are required to observe all posted speed limits, operate these devices in a safe and controlled manner, and yield at all times to pedestrians. Reckless operation, including excessive speed or behavior that creates a nuisance or safety hazard, will not be tolerated.
The use of speed bumps, curbs, or any community structures as ramps for jumping, stunts, or other disruptive activities is strictly prohibited.
Please be advised that any violations resulting in disturbance to residents, damage to property, or risk to safety may result in enforcement action by the Association, including but not limited to warning notices, fines, and other remedies permitted under the governing documents.

Welcoming Summer: Keep Our Community Beautiful
As we enter the summer season, we would like to encourage all residents to take the opportunity to enhance their front yards. Regular maintenance activities, such as weeding, mowing the lawn, and watering as necessary, play a significant role in preserving the vibrancy and aesthetic appeal of our community. By working together, we can elevate the overall attractiveness of our neighborhood. We appreciate your commitment and dedication to this important effort. Thank you.
Keeping Our Community Safe : Leash Reminder
We would like to remind all residents that, in accordance with community rules and local regulations, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when being walked or when present in any common areas of the community.
This policy is in place to help ensure the safety of all residents, pets, and visitors, and to maintain a clean and respectful living environment for everyone.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our community safe and enjoyable for all.
